Every caregiver submits their NIC and supporting certificates through the app. Our admin team manually reviews each application and only approves caregivers who pass the document check. Rejected applicants are notified with a reason.

Which areas do you cover?

The platform is designed to launch initially in the Colombo and Gampaha districts, with plans to expand island-wide.

Can I book hospital care and home visits?

Yes. Our caregivers are available for in-home care, hospital bystanders, and post-operative support at medical facilities.

What if I need urgent help?

How do payments work?
